We offer free shipping for all orders.
Your orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping.
Delivery times are indicated from the day when the order has been confirmed by LORA. Our aim is to fulfil your order in the time scale indicated above, we cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please note duties and tax charges might be incurred at checkout depending on shipping location.
Lora Istanbul Tekstil Sanayi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lora Istanbul Tekstil Sanayi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Yes, you can place an order as a guest. However, if you create an account, you get the opportunity to save shipping and billing addresses in the address book, you will be able to view your order history and you can find tracking numbers for current orders. Also, you can get our exclusive offers just for our subscribers.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and all other major credit cards, via the IYZICO checkout gateway.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Our customer service team is available online 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, and work across different time zones for our international customers. We offer global shipping with a flat rate standard to all destinations besides Russia. Packages will be sent from our central warehouse in Istanbul. See Shipping page for more information.
We dispatch Ready-To-Wear orders usually within 2-5 days. Please note that during sale periods our dispatch time can be longer. See the Shipping page for more information.
For all international orders LORA will not be liable for additional duties and taxes.

RETURNS
If the request is made within 14 days of arrival of the package and meets our return policy, you can exchange or return your order. All returns need to be sent to our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey.

Yes, returns are accepted during sale.
Yes, we offer both store credits and exchanges. LORA offers an E-GIFTCARD for the return amount which will never expire. Once a store credit has been processed this is unable to be reversed for a refund of alternative return method.
Please allow 5-7 business days for returns processing once your return orders arrival back to our warehouse.
