Order
Once your order has been shipped please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping confirmation email. You can track your parcel via the link and follow it’s delivery. We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post, you can also use the link here to track your parcel We ship our International orders via DHL or UMS, to track your parcel please use the link here for DHL or here for UMS.
Yes we ship worldwide excluding Russia & Ukraine due to current restrictions.
As soon as your order is fufilled by our online team.
Usual dispatch time is 2-3 business days. Although delays may be encountered during sale periods.
If you have a pre order style, we will fufill your order 1-2 days once it has arrived at our warehouse.
All prices are charged in AUD Dollars. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged.
Orders delivered to the United Kingdom are charged at a flat rate of $10 which will be shipped via DPD. International orders are charged at a flat rate of $10 which will be shipped via FedEx, UPS Express, DPD or another shipping carrier based on your country. All charges are in USD.
Delivery takes between 3-5 working days from the time of despatch, with a 1-2 day processing time in our warehouse. During a sale period, please allow additional processing time for your order to be despatched.
In addition, please be aware that there could be delivery delays from the shipping carriers during the holiday period due to the a high volume of parcels, which Naked Wolfe has no control over.
Please note: Shipping and delivery carrier delays may occur during peak periods of November and December due to the holiday season.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot make changes or cancel your order. Please make sure the correct style and size is selected prior to checkout. If once you receive your order and you wish to return it, please reach out to info@nakedwolfe.com and they will accommodate your request.
All orders which are despatched to a customer in the UK from our EU warehouse may be liable for additional duties and taxes which will be due at the point of or after delivery.
All orders which are despatched to a customer in the EU from our UK fulfillment facility, may be liable for duties and taxes, which will be due at the point of or after delivery.
All USA orders will not be liable for additional duties if the total order value is below $800 USD.
All EU orders will not be liable for additional duties and taxes, if the order is sent from our EU warehouse.
All orders outside of the EU (excluding USA) may be liable for additional duties and taxes that will be due at the point of or after delivery.
You have a maximum of 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.
You will only be reimbursed for products that are new, unworn and clean. The item must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the clothing label.
If the products are new, unworn, and clean, you will be refunded within up to 30 business days of the date the package is received. During promotion periods the delay can be extended.
Refunds will take place via the same payment method selected for the order : the amount for the returned items will be credited to your account.
Please allow 10 business days for returns processing once your return orders arrival back to our warehouse.
Yes, we offer both store credits and exchanges.Lioness offers an incentive to customers who request a store credit on return, all customers will receive an 110% store credit.Please note: Store credits are applied to the account registered with the same email used to place your order. Unfortunately these cannot be transferred to another account.Once a store credit has been processed this is unable to be reversed for a refund of alternative return method.
All pre-order item dates are an estimated date of when stock should arrive at the warehouse and are subject to changes due to unpredicted delays with the shipments. All pre-order orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of the stock arriving.
We outline any pre order arrival dates once size is selected on the product listing.
All sale items purchased with a 50% or higher discount, will be final sale and are non-returnable/ non-exchangeable/ non-refundable.
Any items purchased during a promotional period lower than a 50% discount can only be exchanged for a different size or colour.
